How soon will my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped within 72 hours. Once you have placed your order we will give you an estimated ship date.

Can I have my logo placed on my name tags?
Yes, please see our artwork section for specifics. For your badge to look the best we need the highest quality art possible.

Do you match colors exactly?
For screen printed badges exact color matches are available. We are able to approximate colors on our full color badges (exact color matches not available). Engraved name badges are stock colors only.

How long does your shipping take?
For small orders we ship USPS which does take longer than ground freight. For larger orders we ship UPS or FedEx. Commercial carriers are much faster. Click here for shipping times.

Do you offer a "Rush" service?
We produce orders when you need them. We do not make you pay for great service.

What about a guarantee?
All products are 100% guaranteed. If you are not happy, we're not happy!

How may I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards, C.O.D. and for established accounts we do offer terms. Please call with any questions.
