How long does it take to produce my order? Most orders are produced and shipped in 2-3 days under normal circumstance. However, if you need your items produced quicker simply let us know and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Special order items do take longer to receive.

Do you charge a rush fee? We never charge a rush fee to produce your order. However, expedited shipping is an additional fee. This cost is dependent upon the speed of delivery by the transportation company.

Will I receive a proof of my order? We send proofs of every order to ensure the accuracy and your total satisfaction. 

Do you charge for engraving and logos? All engraving and logos are produced free. However, the artwork for your logo must be formatted correctly. We will work with you to make sure your logo is formatted properly to make sure your design engraves or prints properly.

Do you accept company purchase orders? Yes, with approved credit.

Do you charge sales tax? If your order ships to a location in Mississippi yes, we charge 7% sales tax. Currently we do not charge sales tax for the other 49 states. However, be aware the day is coming where all internet orders will incur sales tax regardless where you order.

How do I check the status of my order? You will receive an order confirmation detailing when the order will ship. Once the order ship you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Then once the order is delivered you will receive a notification. We keep you totally informed throughout the entire process. If you ever have a question you may also simply give us a call and we will gladly answer any questions.

Can I change my order? You may make any changes as long as the order has not been produced.

How do I place a reorder? If you need to place a reorder simply give us a call or email and we will take care of you. Simple and easy…

What shipping methods do you use? We ship the most economical way possible. We use USPS and UPS as our main carriers; however, we will also ship FedEx if requested.

Do you have a minimum order? We do not have a minimum order. We love every order regardless of the quantity ordered.

How long have you been in business? We opened in 1982 and by the grace of GOD we continue to operate each and every day.

What happens if my order arrives damaged? We pack each and every order exceptionally well. We have been shipping items for over 30 years. However, items do sometime are damaged in shipping. But no worries we replace the item right away. Please keep all packaging that is associated with the broken item. We will need this in order to file a claim with the shipper.
